We provide mobile tyre fitting across Kent, Essex, London and East Sussex, with 24/7 emergency callouts and booked appointments Monday to Saturday.

What information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in our quote or contact form, or get in touch with us, we may collect:

• your name
• your phone number
• your email address (if you give it)
• your vehicle registration
• your postcode and the location where you need us
• the service you're asking about and your message, for example tyre size or what's happened

Calls and WhatsApp messages

If you phone or WhatsApp us, we'll have your phone number, any name you give us, and the content of your messages, plus any photos you send, such as a photo of a tyre or your location.

Website usage (analytics) data

When you visit our website, Google Analytics collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the site, the type of device and browser you use, and your approximate location, using cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) we must have a lawful basis for using your information. We use it:

• To give you a quote, arrange and carry out the work, and contact you about it. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing our contract with you. Where you contact us on behalf of someone else or a business, our basis is our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and providing our services.
• To keep business, accounting and tax records. Lawful basis: compliance with our legal obligations.
• To deal with questions, complaints, warranty claims or legal claims. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in running our business and defending our legal rights.
• To understand how our website is used and improve it. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests in running and improving our website.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with trusted service providers that help us run our business, and only as far as they need it:

• Web3Forms: processes the forms on our website and forwards your submission to us by email.
• Our email provider: stores and delivers the emails we send and receive, including form submissions.
• Google (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Fonts): website analytics and font delivery.
• Hostinger: hosts our website.
• WhatsApp (Meta): when you message us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.

We may also share information with our accountant or professional advisers, or if we're required to by law, for example with the police or HMRC.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't go ahead: we keep them only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then delete them.
• Customer and job records, including invoices: we keep them for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes, which is normally 6 years from the end of the relevant financial year, and to deal with any warranty or legal claims.
• Analytics data: kept in Google Analytics for the retention period set in our account, after which it is deleted automatically.

International transfers

Some of the providers we use, such as Google and Meta (WhatsApp), may store or process information outside the UK, for example in the United States or the European Economic Area. When that happens, we rely on the protections required by UK law. These include UK “adequacy” decisions, the UK–US data bridge, or contracts approved by the UK government that require the provider to protect your information to UK standards.

Keeping your information safe

We take sensible steps to protect your information, including using reputable service providers and protecting our devices and accounts with passwords. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, but we do our best to keep your information safe.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access: ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: ask us to correct information that's wrong or incomplete.
• Erasure: ask us to delete your information where there's no good reason for us to keep it.
• Restriction: ask us to limit how we use your information in certain circumstances.
• Objection: object to us using your information where we rely on our legitimate interests.
• Portability: ask for information you gave us to be sent to you or another organisation in a commonly used electronic format.

Complaining to the ICO

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we start using a new service provider. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it was last changed.
